Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock or has been mispriced; if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and returns

UK consumers have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Details of this right and of our free returns process are in our Refund Policy.

Products

Product images are for illustration and minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. Always follow the manufacturer's guidance and supervise pets when using toys and feeding products.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or affects your statutory rights. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
