Delivery is free across the United Kingdom. We dispatch within 1 business day and orders normally arrive within 3–6 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Returns are free: every UK order includes a prepaid return label. Email contact@agencynxdlimited.com with your order number to start a return. Once we have received and checked your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of grooming products, toys, bowls or bedding that a pet has used, unless the item is faulty. Please check size and fit before your pet chews or sleeps on it. Faulty or damaged items are always covered.

Every listing shows the size in the title (for example Small, Medium, Large, or a collar range in cm). For collars and harnesses, measure around your pet's neck or chest and allow two fingers of space. For toys, choose one that is too big to swallow. If you are unsure, email us your pet's breed and weight and we will help.

We stock toys from established brands such as KONG, Trixie and Catit. No toy is completely indestructible, so please supervise play, pick the right size and strength for your pet, and replace any toy once it starts to break apart.

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window for unused items. Email us with your order number and the size or item you would like instead.

Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
