Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. To start a return, email contact@agencynxdlimited.com with your order number. We provide a free prepaid return label for UK orders.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, used grooming products and pet bedding cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, including standard delivery charges where the whole order is returned.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
